All orders within the United States are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. 

We do not offer returns or refunds. However, we will replace products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to ledencay@gmail.com with 7 days after receiving the candle.

You may exchange unused products for another candle of the same size and price within 7 days of purchase. The buyer will be responsible for shipping costs on all return and shipping of exchanged items.
